EziPOS, as the dealer, grants the registered user of our software package the license to use one (1) copy of the software under the registered name on a single computer or, in case of a multi-user license, on a local area network with the number of users on that network that have been licenced.

EziPOS provides the software on as is bases, and makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are error free or meet any users particular standards, requirements, or needs although every effort is made to correct any errors as soon as they have been reported.

EziPOS disclaims any claim for or right to recover any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if EziPOS has been specially advised of the possibility of such damages.
